Zilli Hospitality Group is looking to hire an outgoing, energetic, customer focused Administrative Sales Associate for our Catering Sales department.
ZHG Administrative Associates are well-rounded and handle a multitude of tasks to ensure outstanding customer interaction and help provide our clients with an event that they will always remember.
Qualified candidates must be able to multi-task and coordinate schedules/task lists of their Sales/Event Planners along with completing own work. Proven skills in the following are required: above average computer skills, excellent grammatical and spelling skills, an eye for detail, ability to manage customers (both internal and external), and be comfortable selling over the phone. Previous hospitality, food and beverage experience is a MUST for industry understanding (beyond working in a fast food restaurant). We will consider candidates with backgrounds in legal, construction, accounting, etc, where multi-tasking and an eye for detail is required.
