Contractor position, 8-10 hours per week to start.
Responsibilities may include (but not limited to)
Data entry:
1. Entering wholesale orders into shipping software
2. Processing credit cards in Quickbooks
Basic bookkeeping:
1. Sending invoices from QB
2. Managing accounts receivable and sending payment reminders
Basic Customer Service/Sales Support:
1. Providing F/U for new sales inquiries
2. Coordinating any returns/refunds
3. Managing CRM database
4. Help manage mail merges, email blasts, and marketing campaigns
Must be comfortable and professional over the phone and in emails, and have your own computer.
