Donald was a manager at one of our mobile home parks. He was great! He was fair and stern yet compassionate. He was effective in enforcing rules, but cared deeply about people. Responsibilities:
Live on-site in a mobile home park to manage (we will provide housing!)
Manage property and enforce rules and regulation
Show homes to prospective tenants
Helping residents fill out paperwork and rental applications
Printing and passing out notices and invoices to residents
Overseeing renovation of units and the contractors during the renovations. Taking frequent photos and videos of the work being done to upload to the central office. Conducting walk throughs of renovations to verify that they were done correctly.
Oversee any special projects in a park including road repair, tree trimming, etc
Inspect properties for issues
Handle tenant issues
Handle evictions
Be available after hours for any issues such as plumbing and tenant incidents
