Article One Partners (AOP), the world’s largest patent research community, is launching a program geared towards military veterans on April 8, 2013. The AOP Veterans Program will engage veterans in a series of competitive research projects that aims to both improve patent quality and launch opportunities for veterans in the intellectual property industry.
The program will provide free education, training, and potential earnings to participating veterans. The company will provide education in the form of online curriculums and functional training through weekly webinars on topics related to patent research. The program will also have guest speakers to discuss career opportunities for veterans in the intellectual property industry.
At the end of the program, AOP will award $5,000 to the best-performing participant.
