JOB SUMMARY:
This position has responsibility for meeting or exceeding the profitability of the assigned branch, as well as ensuring team member and client satisfaction. This position also requires maintaining a professional image with all clients, team members, vendors and other corporate personnel. Working 6 days a week, with a one day off between tuesday and friday, are crucial to this role along with managing over 10 people from 2:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage the operational, administrative, sales and account management functions through local production manager and team members, including problem resolution, recruiting, communications and training. Overall management of team members day to day oversight and operations. Assure ongoing training and development of Branch operations. Inspire others to provide heroic client service.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to control budget
Superior technical skills (E-Mail, word and other Windows based applications).
Possess strong communication, presentation, analytical and project management skills.
Physical requirements:
Periodic lifting of 20lbs to 60 lbs.
Overhead reaching.
Bending and stretching.
Routine Pushing and pulling.
