Invisible Wounds Cure Challenge
-Seeking Independent Contractors -
About the Veteran Mental Health Foundation
As an independent non-profit 501(c) (3) organization, the mission of the Veteran Mental Health Foundation, in partnership with Cleveland Golf/Srixon, is to generate research funding to find a cure for Veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) through research studies coordinated and managed through brain research organizations. If health experts are correct, as many as 30% of our combat Veterans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan will be diagnosed with PTS, TBI and Depression in the years ahead.
The last frontier of medical science is finding a cure for brain disease, and can only be accomplished through coordinated research studies that will cost billions of dollars, but will save trillions in health care costs over time. The Foundation and our Sponsor Partners will annually generate over $50 million as its annual goal to be used for research studies in finding a cure not only for PTS and TBI, but all brain disease over the next 10 years or sooner.
