Summary: This position has the specific task of providing security services. A positive attitude, professional appearance and customer service will be the foremost skill set required. A professional, warm, welcoming experience to this location and the current staff is a requirement of this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Position Focused Responsibilities-
• Meet, greet and direct account tenants and visitors
• Security/Fire system knowledge
• Communication systems, answering and directing calls, handheld radios
• Assist in emergency situations
• Back-up and provide break coverage for current staff
Technology Requirements-
• Must have working knowledge of PC format computers
• Microsoft Office
• Outlook
• Ability to learn, navigate and operate badge system for employee badge maintenance and creating visitor badges as necessary
Client Relationship-
• Consistently maintains a working relationship with all staff members and tenants. This is established by providing regular professional communication, property networking and working directly with each manager/tenant on specific needs.
Account Best Practices-
• Knows, understands and implements knowledge of key, site-specific procedures of assigned account to ensure the proper training of security personnel. Update account procedures assigned by account manager in a timely fashion.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and professional behavior for all clients, tenants and officer staff. Demonstrates the highest level of customer service while being willing and able to hold officer staff and peers to same expectations.
