We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Coordinator to provide general office support. Ideal candidates will be highly-organized individuals who are team-players but able to work independently with a high-level of professionalism. Key responsibilities include:
• Monitoring and responding to email inquiries
• Maintaining/updating website and databases
• Answering phones
• Distributing mail
• Ordering office supplies
• Keeping the kitchen stocked and tidy
• Other various admin tasks as assigned
Ideal candidates will be:
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong multi-taskers
• Proficient with computers and other office equipment
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starters
• Skilled with oral and written communication
