We are currently searching for a logistics/administration coordinator to work onsite at our headquarters located in Silver Spring, Maryland. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to take the initiative to solve problems, possess a strong attention to detail, and adapt to the challenges presented by a growing company are essential. Responsibilities and Requirements
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with superb accuracy
- Strong administrative skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and by written correspondence, with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Quick learner of complex medical terminology and product specifications
- Excellent time management skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years of logistics/administrative experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Professional Customer Service training and experience preferred but not required
- Inside sales experience preferred but not required
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
