The Call Center Agent serves customers by taking incoming calls to resolve customer issues and provide technical support relating to their television service. The Call Center Agent's goal will be to handle these calls as quickly and efficiently as possible, while providing the customer with superb, professional service.
Here's a look at the requirements for this position:
0-1 years experience in a Technical Call Center for a Communication Company a plus!
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pleasant demeanor and ability to handle "high pressure" calls.
Computer literacy a must!
Reliable transportation a must!
Ability to work in a busy call center environment.
