Provides internal and external customers with exceptional service via telephone and face-to-face communications; and administrative support.

• Strong organizational skills; verbal and written communication; and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Computer literate with knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to type up to 45 wpm
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of the Company
• Ability to follow company dress code
• Ability to report to begin work at 8:00am and end work at 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of experience preferred; post-secondary education may be substituted for years of experience
