The Headfirst Facilities Coordinator is the epicenter of successful camp site operations. Our Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the site so that campers can get the most out of their Headfirst experience. He or she must possess a tenacious work ethic, strong organizational skills, and an indomitable positive attitude. The Facilities Coordinator's duties include, but are not limited to:
• Testing and ensuring the safe operation of all camp equipment and supplies.
• Assisting with inventory and organization of camp equipment.
• Daily set-up and take-down of camp equipment (such as car pool signage, tables, chairs, water play, dunk tank, etc.).
• Routine campus “rounds” to refill water, collect lost & found, and deliver equipment to programs.
• Assisting with moving all supplies and equipment onto site.
• Remaining constantly “on-call” for any needs that arise during the camp day.
• Ensuring that all equipment is maintained and in working condition.
Job Requirements:
• At least 18 years old with a driver’s license and the use of his/her own vehicle.
• Demonstrated technical and mechanical experience.
• The desire to spend a majority of the summer working outdoors.
