WattzOn is looking for full-time Inside Sales Representatives to identify new prospects, generate leads and secure new business customers through direct sales of our energy engagement SaaS software and solutions. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail oriented, highly results focused with experience in landing new business and driving revenue growth.
As a Sales Representative you will:
Identify sales targets and prospects
Cold call prospects
Convert calls to demos
Perform online and in-person demos and presentations
Coordinate sales efforts with management
Convert demos to proposals and proposals to closes
Close sales and coordinate implementation
Develop and execute plan to secure new customer prospects daily
Meet minimum monthly revenue goals
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in sales tracking tool such as Salesforce or similar
Develop and manage a sales funnel to project revenue targets
Solicit appropriate approvals on pricing/margin targets
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; sales and business curriculum preferred
One to three years of business-to-business sales experience
B2B SaaS sales experience a plus
Experience with Salesforce or similar sales tracking tools
Incredible drive for results
Work in our Mountain View, CA office. Remote or work from home is not an option.
