At Cloud 9 Limousine & Transportation Inc, customers are the center of our business. We're looking for a detail oriented individual with strong communication skills to join our customer service & sales team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Answering phones: Consists of providing great customer service (answering questions) Provide quotes to customers, as well as making reservations. Address customer complaints and questions in real-time by answering phone calls, responding to e-mails. Email leads and follow up with new customer opportunities.
-Interact with Businesses to grow corporate transportation accounts
-Strong lead generation in sales contract closing skills
-Monitor activity on the platform and make adjustments to ongoing jobs as needed.
-Correspond directly with chauffeurs and dispatch throughout their jobs to ensure accuracy and on-time service.
-Serve as the voice of Cloud 9 Limousine!
REQUIREMENTS
-1+ year of customer service, support, retail and/or transportation service industry experience
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent phone etiquette
-Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
-Performs administrative duties such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying and other general office organization and any other extra work duties.
-Answers all incoming phone calls and routes the call accordingly.
-Proactively develop plans to address new challenges and opportunities.
-You should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and providing a quick resolution when needed.

- High degree of organizational abilities along with multi-tasking and prioritizing is a must!
- Professional decorum always with customers both in person and on the phone
- Microsoft Office product proficiency specifically Excel and Word.
- Work collaboratively as a team player as well as be a self starter and take initiative
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of quality with service
- Trouble shoot and resolve customers issues effectively
- Support other administrative duties as required
- Bilingual a plus
Working Hours for this position: Monday-Friday (1:30pm-730pm) Hours may vary
Flexible Schedule & possible weekends.
