JOB DESCRIPTION
Watson is actively looking for an Experienced Furniture Install Professional to join our Install Team. This position is an essential part of our overall customer experience and is responsible for providing a ‘Best in Class’ install to our customers all over the nation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely loading/unloading furniture on and off a truck
- Pre-assembly and assembly of furniture at customer locations throughout the United States
- Perform special applications, such as leveling, wall mounts, custom field modifications
- Completion of all paperwork and reports of each job site
- Ensure job site is left clean and professional
- Facilitate each job to customer’s expectations – professionally, systematically, and completely
- Professional in appearance and in manners
- Problem solving to see each issue as an opportunity to help the customer
- Serving as the ‘face of Watson’
REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
- Must be in possession of a valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean driving record (CDL license is a plus)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and handle frequent bending and stooping
- Able to understand Isometric and plan view scale drawings
- Demonstrated skill with hand-operated power tools
- Must have good interpersonal skills and present a professional appearance and demeanor to customers and vendors.
- Holds or can acquire a valid passport for travel into Canada or other destinations
- Must be able to meet standard car rental requirements
- Must be well organized and detailed oriented, able to follow instructions
- Able to work independently as a project lead and as part of a team
- Non-smoker only
