Here's the gist:
Zenefits is a tech company, but what we do ultimately affects people's health, not to mention their wallets. We need someone who cares about the problems and concerns of each and every one of our clients' employees. We also seek someone who is excited to innovate an archaic industry, while thoroughly enjoying quarterly hackathons, office pets, and witty banter.
Our Account Management Team works with our clients to ensure their success after they’ve onboarded to our SaaS-based platform which assists with benefits, PTO, stock options, and much more. Benefits Advisors are the insurance gurus of our Account Management Team that help our clients stay on top of their various health policies: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. A typical day for a Benefits Advisor includes insurance plan evaluation and running open enrollment for our valued customers.
As an Associate Benefits Advisor (ABA), you will be part of the second Zenefits ABA program in which you will attend Broker University in Tempe before diving into a client-facing role. At Broker University, we will teach you how to master all things benefits-related including (but certainly not limited to) how to manage new accounts, assist with renewals and open enrollments, and advise clients on the benefits that they offer their employees as their trusted expert. Zenefits will pay for all your insurance license fees so you can become a licensed agent authorized to assist with this exciting field. All successful candidates will be expected to obtain their resident state license within the first week of Broker University. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new college grad to gain unparalleled hands-on, client experience and launch his/her career. Zenefits is bringing Silicon Valley to Tempe and we want someone just as excited to join us on this epic journey.
