We are seeking a part-time/full-time disability case manager who can manage Social Security and Veterans Administration claims from initial application to conclusion.

Job Requirements
• Must live in South Miami-Dade between Coral Gables, Florida and Homestead, Florida.
• Ability to support clients and attorney throughout entire claim process.
• Must have an exceptional ability to write, spell and speak professionally.
• Ability to thoroughly review and analyze numerous medical records and correspondence from government agencies.
• Ability to respond professionally and remain polite, patient, friendly, respectful, helpful, and encouraging, even during difficult, frustrating situations.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks.
• Ability to constantly collect and maintain organizational systems, files and records, as well as handle incoming telephone calls.
• Ability to regularly follow up with phone calls and emails with clients, health care professionals, and other team members.
• Ability to organize and keep track of goals and planning, as well as gather, assimilate and summarize information for attorney.
• Assist with weekly planning and proactively provide attorney with appropriate support.
• Computer skills to maintain information in the firm's computer system.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes chaotic environment.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and multi-task.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to problem solve without a lot of supervision.
• Capable of working independently while taking part in a team-driven environment.
• Desire to attend networking events as the firm's representative.
• Desire to assist with marketing.
